Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) is an interdisciplinary field of research that brings together psychologists, designer, computer scientists, communication scientists, and certainly many more. Together we investigate how people interact with computers (and other digital devices) and how we can improve these interactions.
At the University of Lugano research in HCI happens in the Faculty of Communication Sciences and the Faculty of Informatics. Here, we present ourselves, our research projects and the publications that derive from them, as well as courses in which HCI is taught.
